Enrollment

You are eligible to enroll in the Plan immediately. To enroll, call 800-343-0860 to elect your deferral percentage and retirement service provider.

Investment elections are made through your chosen retirement service provider (AXA-Equitable, Fidelity, TIAA or VOYA).

Account access

Access to your account is available on line or by phone through your chosen service provider (AXA-Equitable, Fidelity, TIAA or VOYA). All retirement service provider elections are made through Fidelity Investments. Investment elections, and other account transactions are made through your chosen service provider.

Please use the access points below to access your account through the various service providers.

AXA-Equitable: equitable.com/login or call 513-762-7750 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fidelity Investments: login to Fidelity NetBenefits® through this website or call 800-343-0860 from 8:30 a.m. to midnight weekdays.

TIAA: TIAA.org or call 800-842-2252 weekdays, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET).

Voya: VoyaRetirementPlans.com or call 800-584-6001 M-F from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. except NYSE holidays.

Beneficiaries

Your beneficiary, or beneficiaries, will inherit your account in the event of your death. You should consider identifying a beneficiary when you enroll in your plan, and updating the information if you experience a life-changing event such as a marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or death in the family.

All beneficiary elections are made with your chosen retirement service provider.
